URGENT - Physical Site Visit Required | Mall Field Research | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | 3 Malls

PROJECT OVERVIEW This project requires a PHYSICAL, IN-PERSON SITE VISIT to 3 shopping malls in Riyadh. This is NOT an online research task. Do not apply if you are not physically located in Riyadh and cannot personally visit the malls. I am conducting a field research study on large shopping malls in the Middle East to support a major retail development project. I need a reliable freelancer based in Riyadh to visit 3 malls in person, collect specific on-site data, and take photographs during each visit. --- TARGET MALLS (IN-PERSON VISITS) 1. Riyadh Park 2. Granada Mall 3. Riyadh Gallery Mall --- SCOPE OF WORK During each physical site visit, you are required to document and photograph the following: 1. NEIGHBORHOOD & EXTERIOR - Walk the surrounding area and describe the neighborhood (residential, commercial, traffic density, road access) - Photograph all main mall entrance gates - Photograph all parking entrance gates 2. FLOOR MAPS - Photograph the floor directory/map board on every floor (photos must be clear and fully readable) 3. ENTERTAINMENT ZONE & FOOD COURT - List and photograph all entertainment activities on site (cinema, kids’ zone, arcade, sports, etc.) - Photograph of the food court: overall layout, number of outlets, seating area 4. HYPERMARKET (if present) - Floor it is located on - Estimated ceiling height - Whether there is a separate customer entrance directly from outside - Loading dock / delivery area (photograph it) - Estimated storage/back-of-house area size - Total number of checkout counters - Photographs of the entrance, interior, and checkout area 5. PARKING - Number of levels (above ground and/or underground) - Total capacity if indicated by signage - Parking management system type (ticket machine, ANPR cameras, smart system, valet, etc.) - Photographs of each level entrance and relevant signage 6. NOTABLE OBSERVATIONS - Anything uncommon or distinctive about the mall that stands out compared to standard malls --- DELIVERABLES - Organized photo folder (Google Drive or similar), structured by mall name and section - A short-written report (Word or Google Doc) summarizing findings for each mall - All photos must be taken on-site, clear, well-lit, and properly labeled - Please state your earliest available start date and how many days you need to complete all 3 visits --- REQUIREMENTS - Must be physically based in Riyadh and available for in-person mall visits - Able to follow a detailed checklist and document findings accurately - Comfortable taking photos inside and around public commercial spaces --- PHOTO SAMPLE REQUIRED To be considered, you must attach at least one sample photo taken by you at a shopping mall or public commercial space. Proposals without a photo sample will not be reviewed. --- Budget: $150 USD fixed price for all 3 mall site visits Timeline: Urgent - looking forward to award immediately Only apply if you are in Riyadh and can carry out the physical visits in person.
